Create a digital product vision, strategy, and business cases that continuously improve the LazyDays digital user experience and achieve our business objectives
Develop a Web Governance strategy including the implementation of technical systems, policies and procedures to maintain an orderly web presence across the North America region
Define requirements working with cross business units like Marketing and source enterprise Marketing Technology to meet the needs of the business and enhance our capabilities
Experience with Content management platforms like Episerver or OpenText TeamSite Web Content Management, Nuxeo CMS Platform, Bloomreach Experience

Establish multi-year roadmaps, highlighting current gaps and anticipating and fulfilling future business and customer needs for the digital capabilities such as eCommerce, Mobile and Customer Care
Establish and execute projects on roadmap in partnership with business, engineering and other stakeholders . Provide L1 and L2 support. Partner with the engineering team for L3 support
Must be able to lead a team with diverse skill sets including business analysts, scrum masters, and developers .

Interact with IT vendors, external suppliers, and other contractual partners to ensure delivery of competitive service level agreements
Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
10 to 15 years of increasing experience, responsibility and success in Guest and customer Information Systems & Technology environments
10+ years of experience in leading digital capabilities such as ecommerce, CMS, DAM, native mobile app dev and customer care & managing multiple teams
Experience formulating vision and strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the implementation of customer-facing capabilities
Expertise in strategy, innovation, and delivery methodologies such as agile , water fall and scrum
Demonstrated ability to build great digital products on time and with a focus on revenue opportunities
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, & mentoring of team members
Experience developing a business case to justify IT investments
Experience managing technology capital and expense budgets
Experience with evaluation, recommendation and procurement of IT assets and solutions
Project Management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management as well as resource management
Prior Vendor Management responsibility and expertise
Exceptional relationship & team building skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable focus
Once a month travel required in support of global team and project management
Excellent command of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio, LucidChart, draw.io
Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of creating A/B and/or multivariate tests
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum, particularly as related to modern development environments for web and mobile
Knowledge of web technologies, including: Angular, React, ReachJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & XML
Experience in Event-Driven Microservices Architecture
Expert experience with cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS ) and DevOps
Experience in developing capabilities consuming APIs, and micro services
Experience in any commercial eCommerce platforms such as: BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or leading open sourcE
Progressive experience in customer focused web product management and/or UX/UI design
Leading web design or web/mobile product management teams
Creating brand, experience, new product introduction, and service design, culminating in a portfolio
Leading large-scale implementation projects including website re-architecture and re-platforming
Partnering with IT to create strategic plans to improve overall customer journey and experience
Owning and optimizing onsite search tools like Coveo/Apache Solr or ElasticSearch
Experience in headless content and commerce capability
EDUCATION:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT discipline, or equivalent practical experience
