Boutique Manager for watch boutique.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Customer Service

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• To plan targets for team members and monitor daily/weekly
• Consciously maximize sales by link and cross selling and ensure SAs do the same.
• Ensure highest level of service is delivered to all clients sincerely.
• Consistently ensure SAs are trained and familiar with brand heritage, new product, and brand guidelines
• Maintain relationship with clients
• Manage clients feedback and escalate to relevant departments.
• Be the main point of contact for all boutique related matters.
• Actively assist and ensure excellence operations of all on events from CRM, PR etc.
• Manage After-sales service

People Management

A boutique manager should work well as a team:

• Manage and motivate all team members on a daily & long-term basis.
• Conduct regular coaching and appraisals for team members for the purpose of their development.
• Communicate efficiently between office support and retail staff.
• Ensure team members are displaying highest level of service.
• Ensure all team members adhere to grooming guidelines during working hours.

Merchandising/Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness of 
• To ensure boutique is compliant with current merchandising guidelines at all times.
• To ensure SAs check and carry out duties before each opening
• Ensure availability of campaign material, GWP, and other material. Feedback to office support if necessary.

Personal Grooming

• Uniform provided
• Rules apply to personal presentation

Teamwork

• To undertake specific and complete tasks as given by Management.
• To work closely with SAs to ensure all set objectives are achieved.
• To ensure boutique daily operations run smoothly.
• To ensure POS system is always up to date with relevant prices and details

Requirements

• To be retail & luxury oriented, in line with brand’s directive
