About the role
Our business is expanding and with this comes great opportunities for the development of our colleagues. It’s a real cliché, but there is an opening for an exciting but diverse Regional HR Advisor to join our busy team. Reporting into our Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be partnering our sites in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with some travel to England as and when required. The role will be a mix of working from our Dublin office in Rathcoole, as a base, and our other sites to ensure you have the right balance to remain visible delivering support to our colleagues.
Partnering our sites in driving forward initiatives including well-being of our colleagues and really understanding how our management teams and colleagues’ work.
Be on hand to assist with any disciplinaries and grievances.
Coaching our line managers to deliver effective resolutions.
Ensuring they have all the tools they need to be able to operate in the best way possible.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business, creating a partnership to provide solutions.
Ensuring legal compliance for all policies and procedures managed within the business.
About you
You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience with Irish Employment Law and resolving complex cases
Qualification in Human Resources
Well organised with good time management skills
Excellent communicator
Driving licence
Flexible and adaptable
Self-motivated
