The Role:
Business development representatives (BDRs) research potential future customers for their company or client. They translate this research into targeted lists of people (prospects) who could benefit from the product/service.
After identifying these ideal customers, Business Development Representatives begin outreach to educate prospects about a product or service for consideration. If there is a fit, BDRs schedule a meeting between the qualified prospect and our client closers, moving the prospect through the sales process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mastery of the English language
A hunger and drive for excellence and success
Compensation:
Year 1:
Base Salary: 96311.85 pesos per month
Monthly bonuses based on achievements towards goals
Year 2: Annual performance review with eligibility for base salary increase and promotion
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Holidays off
Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

Relocation not required.
Willingness to work US Central Time hours is mandatory.
