What does this position involve?
Oracle HCM manages people related data and processes to make it easier for individuals and managers to navigate their people orientated responsibilities. Oracle HCM sits at the heart of business; it is therefore vitally important to ensure we support our users.
You will not be able to solve everything – we anticipate Level 1/Level 2 and some Level 3 support actions to start with. Anything you can’t solve; you will escalate to the technical folks at Oracle HCM.
In addition to support, we are rolling out Oracle HCM to other countries in EMEA and increasing the functionality available to those countries – you will play a pivotal role in helping us implement that change program.

Great attention to detail and a genuine interest in technology to help us make the most of our systems.
What experience will you need?
Preferably previous of Oracle HCM will be great to ensure you hit the ground running. If you have experience of supporting other HRIS systems, we are also happy to hear from you!
