Job Title: Director, Finance

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Director, Finance who will guide and inspire the finance and accounting teams for the Anthony division of Dover Food Retail. This role will partner with the Product Segment Leader of Anthony.
The Director, Finance will be responsible for oversight and delivery of financial execution of the division P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements of 200M of revenues. In addition, this role will be responsible for controllership, FPA, pricing, and business support / decision making for site operations. We are looking for a high potential leader capable of driving change and working in a complex and fast paced organization.
The Director, Finance will communicate regularly with the executive team including the President of Dover Food Retail with direct reporting to CFO. The ideal candidate shall have the ability to uphold a positive outlook toward change and to be eager to continually develop and learn. This role is intended to be aligned with CFO preparation for opportunities across Dover.
The Director, Finance will oversee the financial aspects of the Cooler Screens business project, which includes – in addition to Anthony activity, coordination with the AMS project management and installation teams.
