Dow has an opening for an Operator – Represented/Tariff based in Bahia Blanca, Argentina.

Opera la(s) áreas de la Planta asignada(s). Realiza e informa las actividades asignadas mediante el Panel de instrumentos de operaciones (OPD) -Lista de tareas. Utiliza el conocimiento y la experiencia de operaciones para operar de forma proactiva la planta de una manera segura, confiable y óptima. Trabaja con los miembros del equipo para anticipar y resolver de forma eficaz los eventos no planificados dentro de las capacidades del equipo y escalar de forma efectiva en los roles de soporte apropiados los problemas que no se pueden resolver. Puede proporcionar capacitación a los operadores menos experimentados. Requiere habilidades técnicas básicas establecidas para llevar a cabo una gama de actividades de trabajo rutinarias utilizando los procesos y métodos existentes.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Sigue las políticas, estándares, procedimientos, normas y prácticas de disciplina operativa para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro, confiable y eficiente de las áreas de plantas asignadas.
• Opera y controla los equipos de proceso. Supervisa las condiciones del proceso, las métricas clave de rendimiento y toma las decisiones apropiadas para mantener y/o alcanzar las tasas y las condiciones deseadas alineadas con los objetivos de Planta/Sitio/Empresa.
• Realiza tareas programadas y tareas que surgen como resultado de la resolución de eventos no planificados.
• Realiza un cambio de turno efectivo, según se define en la disciplina operativa y las herramientas específicas de las instalaciones, para garantizar una comunicación eficaz y la entrega al equipo de turno de llegada.
• Completa los objetivos de capacitación de manera oportuna.
• Realiza las actividades de respuesta inmediata como Brigadista de planta
• Conducción de autoelevadores

Experience:

• Grado de ciclo breve en Tecnología de Procesos o en el campo relacionado
• Operaciones de proceso, fabricación u otra experiencia relacionada preferida.
• Fluencia / Advanzado – Español
