Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description

• Greet and assist visitors to the office and arrange refreshments
• Oversight and replenishment of all office supplies
• Office maintenance and oversight of office cleanliness
• Liaise with external vendors on office supplies, maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Maintain service records for office equipment and up-to-date inventory of equipment
• Receive, sort and distribute mail, arrangement of local and international courier services and postage
• Assist with onboarding new staff, purchase of laptops and provision of office access cards

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
• Willing to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team
• Self-starter with an ability to work independently to manage deadlines
• Positive individual who is proactive, enthusiastic and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule

• Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, including a 1-hr lunch break.
