(a) a degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) possessed the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
(N.B.: ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.); and
(c) at least three years’ post-degree working experience, preferably in government departments or public bodies (experience in supervising quality assurance systems under ISO standards and certifications is an advantage).
(b) To provide supports for contract management including drafting service contracts and procuring services providers for various departmental activities and workshops;
(c) To be responsible for accounting matters including preparation of estimates and reviewing divisional account of expenditure;
(d) To assist in the administration and operation of departmental activities such as Integrated Management System (IMS), Knowledge Management (KM) System and occupational safety;
(e) To assist in data management and analysis for various departmental returns;
(f) To coordinate the running of promotional events and activities such as administration of and services for various ceremonies; and
(g) To assist in providing services such as training and committee tasks.
(Note: Executive Assistant may be required to work overtime and outdoors.)
