Position Title: Courier & Fulfilment Operations Associate
The Operations Associate will be involved with all the daily operational processes of the Easyship platform and partner network. The Ops Associate will report to the eCommerce Operations Manager in the Hong Kong office.
You will:
Learn about the exciting intersection of supply chain and technology
Grow your skill set and your career prospects with us
Work with cross-functional Easyship teams on projects moving our client’s goods from manufacturer to final customer and all the points in between
Identify and troubleshoot problems in the real world with partner performance including undeliverable packages, missed pickups, or delayed deliveries
Identify and troubleshoot problems in the digital world with data including rejected labels, and testing new services and features
Track projects to completion and prepare progress reports for client-facing teams along the way
What we’re looking for:
Experienced in technology, logistics, supply chain and e-commerce.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and complete assignments within given deadlines
Enthusiastic about building their career in logistics
A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Sheets, Docs)
Proficient in English
Prior experience in logistics operations would be a plus
