Position Summary:
The Argentina Brand Activation Manager leads development of local marketing tactics and the in-market execution of global marketing cycle plans to support the annual marketing plan with the overall aim of achieving stated brand and LATAM objectives.
Responsibilities:
Universal Accountabilities
- Annual Execution of the Latam Marketing Plan
- Leads the activation for Batteries, lights and auto care business
- Has solid understanding on key drivers for the business
Specific Accountabilities
- Supports SBM in development of annual marketing plan for cascaded from global marketing plan.
- Executes global product and visibility cycle plan initiatives in line with Latam timings.
- Identifies, leads development of and executes local media plan and marketing tactics: ATL and P2P activities
- Provides recommendations on local market pricing in accordance with global pricing guidelines and indexes.
- Accountable for promotional budget management
- Works cross functionally with commercial area, trade marketing, supply and procurement to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Owns relationships with key agency partners
- May also perform additional duties as assigned.
- Support commercial team with trade marketing activities
What we are looking for:
- Degree required with preference on Business, Marketing or Finance
- Minimum 3-4 years business experience
- Ideally previous experience in brand activation/execution
- Must collaborate well and work well cross functionally
- English Language (advanced)
- Advanced office
- Market data and indicators (Nielsen)
- Experience mass consumption brands and products
- Experience Trade Marketing or sales
