Working for our Warehouse Department

Our Warehouse Department is responsible for ordering and taking care of all goods within the company. We are responsible for handling equipment and personnel and management resources, allows us to control the differences between the incoming flow of goods (received from suppliers, production centers, etc.) and the outgoing flow of goods (goods being sent to production, sales, etc.).

Context of the job

In order to expand our team, we are currently looking for a warehouse keeper

As a warehouse keeper

• You receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory
• You are Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
• You ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
• You examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
• You are responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
• You are Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
• You are responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand
• You keep documentation of materials and supplies issued
• You preserve records and prepare related reports.

You may be our future colleague if you…

• You hold a high school diploma
• You can show at least 3 years’ experience as a warehouse worker
• Experience within the customs domain constitutes a big plus

• You are rigorous and pay attention to details;
• You are stress resistant
• You speak French and Dutch in a fluent manner. Mastering English constitutes a plus
