You will be the primary point of contact for guests, greeting them upon arrival, providing information about the property and nearby attractions, and assisting with any inquiries or special requests they may have. You will also be responsible for resolving any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Prior experience in a customer service role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
