Talent Development Coordinator

The Opportunity

EY has a great opportunity for a highly motivated and self-starting Learning Coordinator with a passion for Learning and Development, who is looking to further develop their career as part of our Talent & Organisational Development Team. This role offers the opportunity to play an important role in the planning and delivery of our L&D programmes and courses.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage a portfolio of technical, non-technical and leadership development courses and programmes across both the UKI and FS business. Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling and co-ordination of a wide range of courses and programmes,
  • Liaising with internal and external facilitators,
  • Supporting the logistics of virtual and face-to-face training events, from planning through to delivery,
  • Monitoring attendance to ensure completion and compliance,
  • Management of course evaluations,
  • Publish content and request classes on the LMS (SuccessFactors),
  • Implementation of the firm’s exam training policies.

• Work closely with Talent Learning Leads to support implementation of appropriate strategies and ensure delivery of best-in-class L&D programmes.
• Support the creation of learning reports and analytics to provide insights on the value of courses, and learning activities,
• Management of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, e.g., UK & Ireland Talent Development co-ordinators, learners, service line resourcing teams, content managers, facilitators, learning champions, quality and efficiency networks, and external training providers,
• Actively support the management of programme budgets,
• Carry out the recording, editing and production of online modules/webcasts as part of EY’s blended learning approach,
• Work and support cross function projects to meet our overall Talent strategy

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines,
• Excellent project management skills with comfort managing multiple tasks and tight timelines,
• Can work on own initiative
• Strong team player with ability to integrate and build effective relationships at all levels,
• Aptitude to learn new processes and skills quickly,
• Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems,
• Budget management experience,
• Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Strong coordination and administration experience with project management skills,
• Highly organised with an attention to detail, an ability to deliver to deadlines Previous experience in administration,
• Strong IT skills – MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint are essential
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proactive problem solver,
• Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can-do approach.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 3+ years’ experience in learning deployment and co-ordination
• Experience of working with Success Factors LMS
• Experience in project co-ordination
• CIPD, IITD qualification (desirable)
• Learning and development experience in a professional services firm or similar
