Featherblade is Looking For Supervisor front of house at South Dublin, County Dublin Full Time

At Featherblade, a fantastic opportunity has come up as we are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team. Featherblade has been open for 7 years and we are passionate about combining great food and service in a relaxed setting.

You will have lots of help from an experienced management team while you get comfortable in your new role. Nothing will be expected unless it has been clearly communicated and demonstrated.

We look after our team with regular engagement activities, birthday’s off, learning development support and a great environment to work in where you can bring your ideas to fruition.

Ideally, our new colleague will have 3+ years’ experience in restaurants with 1 or more in a supervisor role. A great attitude, excellent communication skills, and good problem solving, along with the adaptability to support the overall operation of the restaurant will be the keys to success.

The role will be approx 40 hours a week, with a mix of day and night shifts.
