Findhu is looking for a dynamic and energetic Internal Audit, who will integrate one of the market leaders in the consulting business in Belgium!
What are you going to do:
Play a major role in internal audit and control assignments;
Participate and conduct client meetings, supporting the business development with presentations, written reviews, and proposals;
Coordinate the junior colleagues’ work, reviewing it and giving feedback;
Analyze processes, with special attention on risk and control, proposing to the client practical solutions for improvement, through written reports.
Your Best Skills:
You have a master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit and/or risk management;
You have a critical mindset, curiosity and are willing to think outside of the box, and have a strong analytical view, always striving to do things correctly.
You are communicative, flexible, and independent.
Working in a team and supervising junior colleagues appeals to you.
You know how to communicate with clients in a smooth, correct, but assertive way.
Speak English fluently (French and Dutch are a plus)
