Guest Experience Officer (Front Office)
The Guest Experience Officer position requires you to provide engaging, sincere, personalised service which has always been the key element of our legendary service. You will need to have the desire to serve others and look for opportunities to exceed guest experiences. You will be a service ambassador for our hotel and deliver only the best exceptional guest experience, where your warm greeting and attentive service will touch the hearts of our guests.
We are looking for individuals who are highly passionate about delivering true genuine guest experiences! The candidate will be competent in the use of Opera System as well as PBX system. The candidate must be able to articulate confidently in English and be proficient in at least one other foreign language and have at least a minimum of 2 years of hotel experience in a guest contact role. This position will perform rotational operational shifts.
