We are looking for an Experienced, Self-driven, Self-motivated and Energetic agent who can perform the role of a customer service representative.
As a call center agent for USA and the UK Companies, you will be responsible for handling calls with sheer professionalism and with your perfect english language communication skills. We expect you to be an outstanding communicator, Active listener and serve customers with a professional, confident and friendly approach.
Our clients are mainly in Tourism & hospitality, E-commerce, Home Improvement Services, Health & Fitness, and more, so only apply if you have experience in these industries or are excited to work in them.

Requirements If You Want to Work from Home as a Remote Call center Agent:
1. A fast PC Computer with at least Core i5 Processor and 8gb Ram Minimum (Core i7 preferred, not older than 8th generation processor) – Latest laptops also allowed but dekstop PC is preferred (DUAL SCREEN SETUP is a Big plus)
2. Internet Speed with at least 70 Mbps. It needs to be wired with ethernet cable, Wi-Fi is Not Allowed
3. A good quality USB Headset with noise cancelling microphone (preferrably logitech 390, plantronics, other skype compatible headsets etc)
4. A Quiet Room to work with a workstation setup, (A proper work desk)
5. A power backup.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not A Freelancing Job, it is A Full Time Job with daily 6 to 8 Hours work, 6 days a week, you will have a luxury to work from home but this is serious work that requires your full commitment, so please consider it before applying.
