Gables Search Group Looking for Corporate Development Senior Analyst at New York, NY Full Time

Client is the US subsidiary of a global, publicly traded carrier. The environment in this US subsidiary is mid-sized and collaborative. You can expect to get involved in much and to be impactful in your role. This role is an additional add to staff to support their continued growth.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, and working closely with the SVP of Corp Dev and the CFO, the client is seeking Corporate Development Senior Analyst who will be part of the further scaling up of this team and who will be involved in 3 areas:

• Inorganic growth: acquisitions, dispositions, minority equity investments in firms that fit into the carrier’s ecosystem.
• Strategic Planning: Part of developing the framework and strategy for growth over the next 3-5 years which would include geographic and product line decisions
• Ad Hoc – internal operational design to support growth.

P&C insurance experience, Investment Banking/Equity Research and/or carrier Corporate Development experience will be considered.
