Job Summary:
- Build and design the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program to ensure that bank users can efficiently access technologies and services in a seamless fashion
- Develop, automate, and update security controls for new technologies to verify that user information is properly protected within IAM
- Utilize modern IAM capabilities and strategies to bring organization’s technological framework up-to-date
- Implement IAM security technologies and services within organizational business objectives to ensure long-term success within the IT infrastructure
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Infrastructure Assurance, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- 4+ years of experience in the field of IT Security, Information Assurance or IT Auditing
- Experience with security policy development and documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with employees and outside vendors
- Ability to integrate Identity controls to legacy backend systems and cloud services
- Experience with PowerShell and Java
- Experience creating scripts and connecting application via API’s
- Strong understanding of SSO technologies
- Working Knowledge of Identity and Access Management terms and concepts
An exceptional candidate might have:
- 3+ years of enterprise-level experience in one of the following: Microsoft Windows, Unix/Linux, Network Infrastructure
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Multi-factor Authentication
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations (GLBA, PCI, FFIEC)
- CISA, CISSP certifications
