We’re currently looking for an excited and talented IT Systems Administrator to help push their organization forward by helping in the following areas that may expand with growth of the organization.

This position is full-time on-site, some remote work could be considered based on the project.

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Windows Active Directory (AD) and PowerShell (script-writing capability)
• Installing Windows Server 2016, 2019 administration, hardening, configuration, and support
• 5 years of experience in Microsoft365 Administration
• 5 years of experience in email filtering systems such as Cisco email filtering or Proofpoint/Mimecast etc.
• 5 years of experience in Azure Datacenter Administration
• Build, manage, monitor, and maintain Microsoft hybrid cloud AD environment
• Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify, and isolate technical issues
• 5 years of experience in storage technology and backplane switches.
• 2 years’ experience in Veeam Backup & Replication, VMWare Backup & Availability, Veeam Microsoft365 Backup.
• Configure, refine, and utilize bulk deployment software
• 5 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows Group Policy
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in configuring DHCP, DNS, MX Records, CNAME, etc.
• Office 365 cloud and Azure environment, Microsoft Active Directory, and core services (File and Print, SCCM/Config Manager, Intune, DFS, SQL, DHCP, and DNS), IP Networks (FortiGate firewalls and security appliances, Meraki APs)
• 5 years of experience in Installing, administering, hardening, maintaining, configuring, updating, and patching the VMWare environment
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Windows desktops OS deployment, editing images, and troubleshooting
• Working with end-users, via telephone, and in-person, or using remote-access software such as RealVNC to resolve application, OS, hardware, printing, and network issues, etc.
• Help with improvements to operational practices and procedures and create detailed documentation.
• Develop and enhance the automation of all aspects of our IT environment – on-prem and Azure datacenter, Microsoft365
• Maintain documents and standards and help remediate any security or technical issues as they arise
• Imaging, deployment of Windows OS, and patching
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ITIL is an added benefit
• Knowledge of engineering software installations such as CATIA, IBM DOORS, Team Center, and CAD is a plus
• Candidates must be willing to learn new technology and participate in research.
• The candidate should be available for after hour patching.
