The Sr. JDE Financial Business System Analyst will provide functional and technical support to the company while recommending and implementing solutions for business challenges and opportunities within the JD Edwards Enterprise One system.

This role will be responsible for preparing detailed system requirements, specifications and documents and provide guidance, support, implementation, and configuration for JD Edwards modules including but not limited to finance, accounting, inventory, capital assets, project costing, and supply chain. The Analyst will also document procedures, process flows and develop internal controls.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Possess and demonstrate expert knowledge of the Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise One (E1) application environment to provide overall application support.
• Experience in several of the following: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Job Costing, Procurement, Inventory and Sales Order.
• General functional knowledge of other commercially available ERP systems used in the wider marketplace.
• Lead sessions to elicit and prepare detailed system requirements and functional design through conducting feasibility analysis, interpreting business requirements and working with business partners and development teams.
• Lead user acceptance testing and training initiatives. Manage client expectations across multiple language barriers and time zones.
• Provide end-user support and proactively resolve user requirements.
• Design and implement internal processes and controls.
• Set-up, configure and maintain system configuration and parameters across modules.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies. Detect and resolve application errors.
• Identify internal Super Users for each critical module and direct training and the development thereof with external consultants, if required.
• Serve as a financial business SME for systems upgrades and tools releases.
• Coordinate and respond to audit requests from both the internal and external audit teams.
• Support third party add-on solutions including Preferred Strategies Quicklaunch, Spreadsheet Server, and other applications required by the user group from time to time.
• Support the operation and administration of OneView reporting.
• Continually assess the systems utilized for improved functionality, efficiency, and effectiveness in a growing and changing business environment.
• Provide out of hours escalation support if required.
