Our team is searching for a Senior Electrical Engineers with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This opening is in the greater Owensboro, KY area. In this position Engineers are focused on promoting the advancement of company values using proven principles, techniques, and their professionally based judgment. In the senior level position Engineers should value the roadmap to success of the company. This is found in strong leadership with a focus on time, materials, team members, and resources. Engineers should have a strong focus on safety, health, and wellbeing of all team members.

• Engineers applying must have 8 or more years engineering experience with a heavy industry background preferred. Candidates must be legally able to work for any employer in the US

• Perform assignments designed to support professional work knowledge and abilities.
• Supporting production and new processes with automation and robotic cells.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety codes, budget, and schedules.

Are you a “best fit” candidate for this position? We are focused on finding an Engineer with the following for the team:

• BS in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in an electrical engineering role in a heavy industry environment.
• Perform assignments designed to support professional work knowledge and abilities.
• Have strong leadership abilities with attention to written, verbal, and interpersonal effective
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety codes, budget, and schedules.
• Legally able to work for any employer in the US
• The ability to provide engineering support plant wide. Including ensuring asset management plans are executed and compliance is achieved.
• Support continuous improvement as an important aspect of meeting business objectives.
• A creative thinker who will generate new solutions that improve reliability of the equipment.
• The ability to train maintenance and operations personnel to improve equipment, quality, and uptime.
• Must be willing to uphold standard techniques with the ability to use computer to improve quality and production.
• Prepare and approve design modifications and equipment. This requires designing, testing, and preparation of cost estimates.
• Schedule work and troubleshooting trainings ns when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. A base range is between $95,000 and $110,000. Employees are offered a competitive complete suite of benefits comparable to the best in industry. If relocation is necessary, company assistance is available.
