Gables Search Group Looking for Software Developer at Dayton, OH Full Time

As mid-level Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based quality improvement software applications for the manufacturing industry. You will be part of a collaborative team that participates in short daily stand-ups, pair programming, and code reviews using JavaScript and C#. Our technology stack includes React front-end components, .Net core web services, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure and deployment. We invest in unit and integration testing.
We are a team-oriented environment and will provide the support and training to help you be successful. To succeed in this position, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of software development experience, preferably in web development on the job. This is not entry level.
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, React, and or Azure
- Self motivated, can-do attitude, and a desire to continuously learn
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience with document-based databases, development operations, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines is preferred
- Knowledge of statistics, quality management techniques, and/or manufacturing processes is a plus
