GetTransfer LTD Hiring for B2C intern Job at Buenos Aires Full Time

GetTransfer.com is an international transfer marketplace based in Cyprus. The platform provides transfer bookings and chauffeured car rentals at the best prices and currently operates in over 180 countries. Customers can order a transfer through a user-friendly mobile app which is available in over 20 languages. Since 2015 we have proved ourselves as a perspective and sustainable enterprise, which is reaffirmed by Travolution Awards, Globe Travel Awards, e.t.c. Still we keep developing the platform and improving our services, and now we are seeking for proactive and ambitious customer care specialist to perform high level assistance for our customers in Latin America.

Key responsibilities:

• processing B2C requests, phone calling, email, online chat;

• customer care: handling incoming requests, providing service information, advising on terms, sorting out claims;

• communication with contractors (individual drivers, fleets, transportation companies);

• advising on the terms of use in accordance with the agreement;

• completing tasks upon a supervisor’s requests.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in Spanish and fluent English

• ability to use your personal laptop / PC for work (not provided by the company);

• strong communication skills.

Conditions:

• 3 months internship – sales % (±500 EUR per month);

• fix + sales % after the internship is successfully finished;

Salary: $77,000.00 – $100,000.00 per month
