To reinforce our dedicated Institutional Clients team we are looking for the next possible date at our Munich office for a Team Assistant (m/f/d) International.
Your responsibility

As a member of our International Team, you seamlessly integrate into the Institutional Clients Team, actively contributing to the realization of our ambitious growth objectives.
This includes:
Manage and arrange schedules, including both internal and external client meetings
Assist the sales team with all organizational and administrative tasks related to daily operations
Maintain accurate customer master data in the CRM system, focusing on sales relevance
Coordinate and plan business trips, including travel expense reporting
Assist in organizing and executing events
Prepare presentations and documents
Handle sophisticated correspondence in both English and Italian, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous
Your qualification:
Successful completion of a commercial or business-focused apprenticeship or degree program
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an international context
Keen interest in operations, transformation, and digitalization
Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong command of MS Office tools and CRM systems
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian, German is a plus
