Position Summary:

This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure our product meets the exacting demands of our partners. You will work closely with our Scrum teams, establishing standards, educating teams and measuring performance to those standards

You will also have the opportunity to lead and work closely with QC team, writing testing specifications, master test plans and test automation scripts.

This position must perform the responsibilities listed below.

What you will do:

• Analyze project requirements and risks for test strategy and planning development.
• Development and maintain documentation for:
• Master Test Plans
• Test Design Specifications
• Test Procedure Specifications
• Test Case catalogs
• Test Case Specifications
• Test Summaries
• Automated Test Script Traceability
• Requirements Traceability
• Execute testing according to the plan.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts.
• Maintain test coverage at specified levels where applicable
• Develop and maintain testing infrastructure
• Analyze testing related metrics for reporting and continuous improvement
• Create tickets for resolving defects
• Assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide timely updates to the Scrum team on the status of testing activities.
• Participate in After Hours support and Disaster Recovery rehearsal events
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Computer Science
• Experience Creating, Maintaining testing specs
• Superior communication skills
• 2-5 years hands on software testing experience

• Experience with Cloud and On Prem testing
• Experience with Mobile application testing
• Experience with SAP integration testing
• Experience writing automated test scripts
• Experience Mentoring and Leading other software testers
