Job Title
Administrative Assistant
In this role you will…
Filing, distribution and administration of internal documents; handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications;
Plan and organize manager/team business trips; schedule meetings; coordinate events and larger meetings; arrange logistics for visitors;
Responsible for office supply and purchase orders requisition;
Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations;
Sets up, posts information on team sites, SharePoint, intranet;
Support the on-boarding and off-boarding process as needed;
Use specific company programs and processes to accomplish daily tasks;
Assist the team in the area of expertise being involved in team projects;
Communicate issues proactively and effectively;
Take appropriate actions to resolve issues in area of responsibility;
Support the invoices process and the contracts routing workflow, if applicable:
Minutes writing and distribution;
Communicate and liaise with other local and global functions, and external organizations;
Specific responsibilities pertinent to department;
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent, spoken and written Italian and English
Two years of progressive office experience as Administrative Assistant or equivalent.
Basic problem solving ability;
Organizational skills;
Ability to handle sensitive and extensive confidential information;
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritizing workload;
Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing;
