You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy Food & Dining Division, which is responsible for developing national strategies and implement innovative programmes to help Singapore residents make healthier dietary choices. The candidate will provide support and opportunities for ingredient suppliers and food manufacturers, help them develop longer-term capabilities to increase the supply of healthier ingredients/products. He or she will be required to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to increase consumer demand of healthier food products and healthier meals in the marketplace.
What you will be working on
As a member of the Division, you will get the opportunity to design and develop strategic implementation plans and initiatives to identify opportunities and grow the supply of healthier food and drinks at Singapore’s out-of-home settings (e.g. F&B, schools, hawker centres, coffeeshops, etc). You will need to engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the robustness of the implementation plans and initiatives during its development and implementation, conceptualise, develop and implement end to end solutions, workflow and SOP to bring healthier food ingredients from food suppliers / manufacturers to consumers.
In addition, you will be required to establish, monitor, and manage processes for plans and initiatives review and tracking, governance, and audit to ensure its continued sustainability and success. Besides ensuring that the related key performance indicators are meeting the appropriate budget utilisation and providing regular reports on progress and developments, you will also guide and coach junior team members.
