Role Description: As a Driver at Hegens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of equipment to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will extend beyond transportation as you serve as a frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional customer service and upholding our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to deliver equipment to designated customer locations.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules, prioritizing customer needs and service requirements.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers during delivery and pickup, serving as a positive representative of Hegens.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, verify delivery details, and address any customer concerns or special requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and conducting routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to enhance delivery processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in commercial driving or delivery operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
