The role
A fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of HelloFresh Group’s strategic communication. This role will be part of HelloFresh’s Investor Relations finance team shaping effective, transparent and timely communication with capital markets. Learn about what makes us the pre-eminent meal kit success, and our strategy to become the world’s leading food solutions group. Understand how external investors and analysts evaluate our business, and how we prioritise our opportunities to maximise shareholder value.
Develop a thorough insight into the formal business reporting infrastructure that provides the foundation to accurate and timely market communications. This role reports into the Director of Investor Relations, Treasury and Corporate Finance of HelloFresh and will be based in our Berlin office.

What you’ll do
- Prepare and iterate key investor communications, such as management roadshow and earnings call presentations under the direction.
- Lead the organisation of quarterly results roadshow and direct investor meetings with the CEO, CFO, COO, and Investor Relations Director
- Aggregate sell-side analyst financial models to prepare our market consensus view, and evaluate this against internal plans and expectations
- Actively monitor the investor relations mailbox to ensure prompt response and resolution of investor queries.
- “Own” updates to the HelloFresh Group investor relations website to ensure completeness from a regulatory point of view and provide the highest possible level of transparency for our investors
- Support on other corporate finance initiatives as required
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on and pragmatic mentality with entrepreneurial attitude to completing work with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills performing robustly under time pressure
- Strong communicator, articulating narrative reasoning in a structured and concise manner
- Finance relevant degree course or qualification that underlies a reasonable understanding of corporate financial accounting.
- Empathetic, instilling trust and goodwill with both internal and external stakeholders.
