About this Opportunity The Executive Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity in a high growth environment that will significantly impact and support the leadership team. Advising and consulting the business on the right fit, oversees the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best leaders to meet business needs.
Creates sourcing strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce.
Develops, designs and drives creative recruitment strategies.
Executes full life-cycle Recruitment processes for senior level leadership open positions.
Initiates initial client conversation with the hiring manager. Working to define role requirements, recruitment strategy and selection and defining the interviewing process.
Provide high touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.

Bachelor’s Degree in in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years full cycle recruiting experience
3+ years in-house recruiting
3+ years agency recruitng
Experience leading strategic recruiting efforts for senior level and executive roles.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Suite, Behavioral Based Interviewing experience
Consulting and Influencing hiring managers through the hiring process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the Employer Brand and able to convey culture through various communications
Attention to detail and highly organized
