Job Summary:
Hiley Hyundai of Burleson is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers who visit or call our dealership. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the auto industry and customer service to build a career with a reputable company. This is an hourly position paid weekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a compensation range of $12 to $14 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts on products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or employee
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering general inquiries
• Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mailing for Sales and Service Departments
• Maintain dealership’s customer database and update customer information as needed
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as scheduled
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
