Job Description
1. Monitoring, Maintenance and Compliances
· Establish monitoring process to monitor the performance of smart facilities systems, including ACMV, lighting, vertical transport, access control, security systems, and etc.
· Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
· Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliances to relevant regulation/requirement/industry standards with implementation of appropriate measures/protocols to ensure proper functioning and compliance of the facility/system, including hardware, software, and networks.
· Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of smart systems and minimize downtime.
· Develop user manuals, guides, and FAQs to facilitate self-help and conduct training sessions for staff members and stakeholders to promote efficient system utilisation.
2. Performance Analysis
· Collect and analyse data from smart facility/systems to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
· Analyse data trends to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable recommendations, and track progress towards defined goals.
· Provide insights and recommendations to management, highlighting the impact of technology solutions on facility/system operations and performance.
3. Technology Integration and Optimization
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to the facility/system.
· Conduct research and evaluations of new technologies, assessing their potential impact and benefits relevant to facility/system, such as building automation systems, energy management systems, asset tracking systems, predictive maintenance tools, and etc.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand facility requirements and objectives, and develop strategies for integrating technology solutions into existing systems and processes.
· Establish performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the effectiveness of technology solutions, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
· Ensure seamless integration between different technologies, systems, and platforms, enabling data exchange and efficient communication.
4. Project Coordination and Management
· Develop, execute and support any pilot project and proof of concepts trial for the facility/system.
· Collaborate and coordinate with internal, external and cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and other relevant stakeholders or vendors.
· Understand the project and provide inputs on facility/system requirement to safeguard the operations and performance.
Job Requirement
· Proven experience in implementing and managing technology solutions for facilities management.
· Strong understanding and in-dept knowledge of facility/systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
· Project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Proactive, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
