On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as the E-Commerce Category Lead you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the full Omni sales team and the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Drive net sales and day-to-day operations of the commercial agenda and merchandising strategy to meet targets in your e-com markets by optimizing internal- and external exposure and pricing
Knowing your customers, giving the customers what they want and selling our products and total assortment in the best possible way by setting sales goals and execution strategy for your concept in alignment with the regional team
Assortment, product lifecycle and stock management from an operational and executional sales perspective by managing your concept to achieve stock freshness with appropriate reductions cost and commercial planning
Collaborating with the regional team to provide them with input regarding your concept and about customer needs and shopping behavior to locally adapt commercial plan to customer needs

Besides your personality we see that:
You have a University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
You have 2+ years of E-commerce experience and knowledge within Omni retail and Assortment
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
You have strong interest in data
Previous experience within web analytics as well as Google Analytics is meriting
You have good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and analytical tools e.g., Power BI and Google Analytics
