OFFICE EXECUTIVE
You will be sending your days working on;
Operations – Inputting of expenses into cashflow and budget templates, filing of bank statements and invoices, supporting management with invoicing matters, keeping track of payments, working with external accountant for annual submissions and reporting, ensures smooth running of the office (key contact for office cleaner, utility suppliers) and co-ordinates travel arrangements for the team where applicable.
General – Inputting information into online database, working with team members to organise archival information into existing system (software training will be provided).
