Job Scope:

• Attending to incoming calls and email from client / customer
• Assist sales personnel with Document Processing (PO, DO, Invoices)
• Liaising with customer on delivery appointment
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Secondary School or ITE Qualification and Above
• 1 Year of Working Customer Service Experience or Administrative Experience
