Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
for its location in Bomlitz.
The CS Representative interfaces with customers and multiple business and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers and profitability to IFF.
Utilizing the ERP system to accurately and timely place customer orders. The CSR typically works with a very complex combination of order scenarios, such as multiple sourcing locations, various modes of transport, and hundreds of products. Thus, this requires the desire and determination to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Native German speaker & fluent in English.
3 Years Experience in CS.
Exceeding customer expectations through successful customer relationships.
Be proactive in order receipt and handling work process.
Independent, autonomous, structured, and efficient work.
Team player who enjoys working in a team.
Competent and proactive.
Proven expertise’s with SAP-SD and Sales Force is a must!
Very good experience in using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with exports from the EU beneficial.
Fluent in French, Spanish, Italian beneficial.
The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements while acting in a professional manner.
