Iron City Search Looking for Solutions Architect at Montgomery, AL Full Time

Bachelor’s degree required, Computer Science or Information Technology is required.

· Ideal candidate for this position should have at least 7+ years in designing and implementing Enterprise Infrastructure solutions and/or Enterprise Application Systems solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently on a project or with a team. · Articulate ideas effectively in both oral and written communication.

· Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified Solutions Architect Associate, or Professional Level.

Responsibilities:

1) Provide overall direction and definition of the Application, Infrastructure, and/or Data Solutions Architecture to effectively support Corporate Strategies.

2) Definition of technical strategy, architecture roadmap, standards, and patterns to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organizations Application, Infrastructure, and/or Data environment(s).

3) Assessment of proposed solution architecture specifications and change requests to ensure alignment with defined technical strategy, architecture roadmap, standards, and patterns.

4) Verification of delivered technical solutions against previously approved architecture specifications and change requests.

5) Responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies.

6) Provide key technical consulting and advisory services to IT project teams, operations, and development teams to ensure that systems solutions are in line with the architecture direction and business strategies.
