You have an excellent opportunity to join their Materials team such as:
Materials Expediter (Purchasing Area)
Position Objective: The Expediter focuses on ensuring that the flow of materials is done efficiently to ensure that the organization’s business operations are done in a timely manner.
Activities:
• Work with vendors to confirm order statuses.
• Maintains communication and informs with the Sales, Customer Service departments, about changes generated in the orders (quantities or dates).
• Confirm and update the status of orders.
• Follow up on delivery commitments to suppliers.
• Execute and confirm orders with vendors.
• Update the SAP system with changes in materials and delivery dates as appropriate.

Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
• Completed Professional Career (L.AE. L.N.I, L.R.I, Engineering).
• Advanced English 85% (required).
• SAP (desirable).
• Office Package Management.
• Basic purchasing or material experience (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills.
• High sense of service and urgency.
• Experience in administrative activities.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Analytic.
• Proactive.
