Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist

**What You’ll Do:**

– You’ll talk to people on the phone and tell them about we buy houses

– You’ll have a plan for what to say when you call. (You’ll have a script)

– You’ll try to find people who want to sell houses.

– Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

– You’ll write down who you talked to and what you talked about.

– You’ll also tell people about the houses we have bought and interest in selling

– Schedule appointment for us

-Continuously update and expand the client database.

-Identify and qualify potential leads.

**What You Need:**

– You should be really good at talking and convincing people.

– It’s good if you know some words about houses (but don’t worry if you don’t).

– If you talked to people on the phone before, that’s great!

**Training and Support:**

We offer comprehensive training and ongoing mentoring to ensure your success in this role. Please note that training will not be compensated until the candidate officially begins working in the role.

**Requirements: **

– Proficiency in spoken and written

English.

Demonstrated ability to read and write in English.

Commitment to a one-year employment term.

**Other Stuff:**

– You’ll work on the phone from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (Arizona time).
