Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as English, Finance matters and soft skills such as communication, tools to achieve a good work-study balance, among others. In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company. At the same time they will join a Finance team of our organization.

The proposal is open to students from all universities and finance related careers, who are at least half way into their degree, from any University, and with an intermediate / advanced level of English, with no previous work experience. We are looking for studentswho are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.

What do we ask for this position?

• These opportunities are for University students from finance or related careers, looking to gain an insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing school.

• Program length: 18 months.
  
• Workload: 19 hours per week available.
