Job Description:
Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Includes Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles.
Job Requirements:
- Conduce diverse linee di produzione di varie tipologie di prodotti, anche contemporaneamente e/o di diversa natura. Durante la conduzione provvede alla macinazione, miscelazione anche in più fasi, separazione, distillazione, conversione, riempimento in contenitore primario e secondario, alla lavorazione di parti in acciaio per asportazione di truciolo, deformazione, stampaggio plastico, alla guida e alla regolazione dello scarico e al recupero dei pezzi difettosi.
- Conduce laddove richiesto diverse tipologie di macchine, anche contemporaneamente, per la realizzazione di prodotti di cui al paragrafo precedente. Controlla i parametri di funzionamento delle macchine provvedendo alla loro messa a punto (set-up o cambio formato secondo le istruzioni ricevute) e regolazione effettuando anche interventi di manutenzione.
- Controlla lo stato del prodotto durante la lavorazione e l’identità dello stesso, eseguendo tutte le operazioni necessarie per l’assicurazione qualità nonché esegue operazioni di controllo in processo dove previste.
- Compila la documentazione prevista rispettando le procedure secondo cui è stato addestrato, riportando i risultati ottenuti durante i controlli in processo secondo le disposizioni ricevute e i risultati di produttività giornaliera secondo le regole aziendali.
- Opera secondo le norme di buona fabbricazione, di Sicurezza Salute Ambiente e gli standard previsti.
- Controlla attraverso al strumentazione predisposta, l’andamento del ciclo produttivo, svolgendo le operazioni necessarie al corretto funzionamento dell’impianto ed effettuando i relativi controlli
- Esegue operazioni ausiliarie e complementari al ciclo produttivo e alle sue fasi terminali quali, per esempio, movimentazione materie prime e loro miscelazione, sistemazione del posto di lavoro a fine turno secondo le istruzioni ricevute.
- Partecipa agli eventi Kaizen dell’azienda ricoprendo vari ruoli (da semplice partecipante a team leader, facilitator etc……)
- Laddove necessario supporta temporaneamente altri dipartimenti dell’azienda (magazzino, manutenzione, portineria etc….)
