The role

This role will be focused on IDEA, but part of it will include working other initiatives within the Responsibility Platform, specifically with some philanthropic and environmental initiatives (1-2 days a week depending).

Structure: This role will sit within the Global Responsibility Platform, reporting to the Global IDEA Programme Manager.

Role responsibilities

Picture yourself as the IDEA Coordinator at Kin + Carta in the Responsible Business platform

Our Responsible Business platform is made up of 3 pillars; IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity and awareness), philanthropy and environment.

You will be working closely with the IDEA Programme Manager and Head of Responsible Business to play a key role across the Connective in implementing the responsible business strategy and to help Kin + Carta be a force for good both within the Connective and throughout our local communities.

• Awareness of D&I, environmental, and societal issues, bringing a new perspective and different experiences
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Proactive in planning ahead even if working with ambiguity, anticipating risks and dependencies, focusing on the right priorities and demonstrating empathy and acceptance with anyone you work with
• Willing to take ownership of deliverables and a commitment to follow through to resolve any issues you encounter
• Able to react to evolving situation and being able to react to evolving situations, take the initiative to alert key decision makers to the changing situation
• Show high levels of initiative and can pursue a course of action with limited direction and manage allocated projects and initiatives
• Draw on own resilience and confidence when dealing with difficulties or new situations
