Role

We are currently seeking to hire a Business Development and Marketing Assistant for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in completion of high-quality PowerPoint presentations
• Experience of Excel report generation
• Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills – excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
• A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability;
• Reliability /Flexibility
• Highly discreet and confidential.

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• To support the senior leadership team in all activities related to business development, cross-selling, internal reporting, project set-up, and supporting project administration.
• Support senior leadership in the day to day management of the pursuit pipeline and ensure correct level of focus/support is provided to strategic pursuits as they arise.
• Liaise and build relationships with internal divisions on behalf of the team as part of integration, cross-coordination and pursuits.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist on proposals.
• Liaise closely with internal departments such as IT and Marketing to ensure our team’s collatoral remains on brand.
• Ensuring pursuits are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently and adhere to Firm’s policies (risk, pricing, brand) and continued development of pursuits strategy.
• Providing support on smaller pursuits such as proposal preparation and related administrative tasks.
• Assisting in developing the ongoing pursuit approach and other sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure online business development and marketing materials are kept up to date.
• Assisting the leadership team to create and disseminate both internal and exetermal communications related to our services/ changes in the various R&D incentives.

As part of the core Business Development function, the role seeks to fulfil associated administrative duties contributing to its effective and efficient operation such as:

• Analyse data generated from internal systems to develop pursuit strategies.
• General administrative duties to include updating and maintaining internal systems related to business development and marketing.
• Become involved in marketing initiatives/ event management, social activities if and when required.
• As required, in liaise with leadership team and marketing to provide support on marketing collateral for and organisation of client events.
