Role:

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Change Manager who will join our Transformation and Change team.

Applicants should have previous Change Management experience and ideally have had exposure to a consulting, professional services, or customer-facing environment.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

• Strong Programme & Project Management skills – PM certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Proven delivery track record in people and organisational change
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills
• Experience in planning and creating impactful and engaging communications – marketing experience would be an advantage

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

• Managing business change projects, with a particular focus on organisational design, communications, behavioural change, stakeholder engagement and training
• Coach business leads to use the change methodology and tools to support business transformation as required
• Utilising your extensive experience in facilitating workshops across all levels of an organisation
• Leading and working in a team environment where you will multi-task, support junior colleagues and produce quality deliverables on time
• Develop strategic employee communication plans and content, reviewing all literature for distribution and determining delivery channels
• Presenting complex data and arguments in a way that is accessible to everyone, based on your excellent written and oral communication skills.
