JOB BASICS Day-to-day activities related to production of laminate flooring including: the setup, adjustment, operation, and cleaning of required equipment; producing orders according to plan; understanding all stations of the profiling line; troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues during production; tracking materials by way of computer; visual inspection and monitoring materials for quality. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate Basic Computer Skills – the ability to understand computer programs to input, monitor, research, log issues, and track orders Mechanical aptitude- the ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot and adjust press and other equipment throughout the plant The ability to use metric measurements Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer focused attitude Exceptionally self-motivated and directed, with a keen attention to detail This position is required to work a rotating shift schedule, this includes weekends and Holidays.
