POSITION SUMMARY
The eCommerce executive will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our largest & fastest
growing ecommerce accounts, particularly Amazon.
They will help implement the defined channel strategy with regards to content optimisation & paid marketing, and help identify and implement new partnerships to grow sales for our division in Europe.
They will work closely with the operational marketing team & sales colleagues in charge of
ecommerce platforms in their respective country as well as with the broader Marketing team.
Thanks to their competencies in digital marketing, aptitude for eCommerce and interest in the
rapidly evolving online landscape, the eCommerce Executive will help our division to rapidly scale up our ecommerce business in Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The eCommerce Executive will have the following responsibilities:
– Work within the eCommerce platforms infrastructure to manage and sell our products on
different ecommerce platforms (such as Amazon) in UK, Spain, Germany, Benelux, France and
Italy.
– Contribute to website campaigns & projects to support the overall eCommerce initiatives.
– Work with select distribution partners to implement their digital requirements (i.e. help run
campaigns, optimise content, provide digital assets).
– Monitor & optimise our existing Ad campaigns, managing a significant budget and reporting on
defined KPIs to improve performance
– Evaluate emerging platforms and methods of selling online, proposing these opportunities to
stimulate growth
– Respect the ITW policy in terms of anti-corruption, quality, security and environmental: inform
or report any dysfunction which should impact product, environment and or security for the
people.
– Help develop and optimise omnichannel shopping experiences in Europe that strengthen our
brand loyalty, improve customer retention and increase sales.
– Support teams and vendors on consumer nurturing and eCommerce to grow our brand tribe.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– 2 years experience in similar role, with solid background in multi-channel eCommerce
– Experience in optimising content and managing processes to sell through ecommerce channels with a proven track record growing revenue & brand awareness
– Significant experience in working with the Amazon marketplace (specifically the vendor programme) and managing the processes involved
– Entrepreneurial spirit, passion and drive for results
– Experience in other digital marketing areas, such as Google Ads, social media, website management
– Strong written and oral communication skills. Fluent in German & English, other European
languages (Spanish or French particularly) are added value
– Highly organized and efficient
– Tech-savvy, with proficiencies in working with data through the MS Office suite, and experience with other BI tools such as Power BI & Google Analytics is beneficial
