What does your day look like as an Office Assistant at LCL?

It’s 8.30 a.m. and you’re all set. You welcome customers, partners and suppliers visiting our premises in a friendly and professional way. The visitor’s area is well organised, just as you like it. And everyone appreciates that.

One minute you’re answering the phone or sorting mail, the next you’re processing invoices in our online tool. You also help manage the fleet of vehicles. Do your colleagues need office supplies? You take care of that too. Thanks!

Could this be the role for you?

• You serve customers, partners, suppliers and colleagues with a smile. In Dutch, French or English, by email, phone or face to face… it doesn’t matter to you.
• You enjoy combining reception with administrative duties to provide the Human Resources Manager with organisational support.
• You love it when everything is neat and in order . Both the visitors’ area and the admin.
• You are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have a positive outlook and take on tasks enthusiastically .
• Some professional experience would be an advantage, but not absolutely necessary. We provide training, to ensure you get off to a smooth start.
