Our busy mortgage office is looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, self-starter appointment setter to join our team as a telemarketer full-time. This role is a perfect fit for a friendly and outgoing person who loves to meet new people and is comfortable talking on the phone.
This role requires you to work closely with warm leads to set appointments with loan officers, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and create an organized system for our loan originator to gather client referrals and follow up regarding pending documentation to complete the mortgage application.
A script is provided for you, but you’ll need to think on your feet to respond to client questions and concerns. A strong ability to multitask is a must. Ideally, you have at least one year of experience working in a phone sales or outbound cold calling role – previous mortgage and inside sales experience would be helpful but not required.
